I learned that consistently is key for student learning. Also, knowing and usi available content and templa will help to keep consistency and save time in the module creation.

I learned that keeping accurate records it's very important. Being able to spot students that may be at the point of withdrawing due to alianation, and other issues early on is imperative to students and progra success.

I learned that allowing students time to chat prior and after discussions is important to maintain studen relationships. Knowing the difference between asynchronous and synchronous discussions and giving feedback will allo me to be a better communica and decrease student frustration.

As educators, we need to be aware and understanding of online learning barriers. Knowledge of the online platforms and course material can decrease wait time to respond to students questions.
