As a Gen Xer, I have learned that teaching the Gen Zers is easier than relating to the Ys. It seems that they are more open to learning different types of information.

I plan to have my course material peer reviewed in the future.

I like the idea of having peer reviewed assignments for the class. It would help them consider how well they examine and prepare their assignments.

I had not considered using a resource like a Wiki before. I really think this could encourage involvement and interest in the course it is applied to.

I have always used grouping, but I have not developed or used templates. I think implimenting them will decrease my prep time.

It seems that teaching online courses requires more involvement than the traditional in-person form of classroom.

I learned the difference between synchronus and asychronus, as it relates to teaching.

I like the idea of posting, or even sending a short bio of myself to the students.
