Amos, We want our students to take ownership of their life and the choices they make in it. I agree, taking ownership allows them to become fully vested and personally committed in their choices. Kathie Dherit
Valeri, Great answer! It will wear off and then they start to question whether they should have done this or not.... Kathie Dherit
Sonya, It could also go the other way too. Word of mouth when someone is dissatisfied. We don't want that to happen! Kathie Dherit

Jeff, I didn't think about that....that their opinion of the school may change throughout the process. Kathie Dherit
Jessica, I like your statement of "it is always better to get back to them with a correct answer, rather than quickly give a response that you cannot stand firm on". Great way to state that. I tell everyone, it's okay if you don't know the answer, just let them know you will find the answer for them. Kathie Dherit

Nichole, I believe too that we are leading the way when it comes to laying everything out on the table in regards to disclosures and other information we tell prospective students. Kathie Dherit
adam, We don't want to "cheapen" the YTI experience at all! We want students to give us referrals because they have enjoyed and gotten everything they need out of YTI and their time here. We want them to pass along how great we are. Kathie Dherit
Stephen, We don't want to hide anything from a prospective student or even a current student. So being transparent, so they can see everything clear, we can gain their trust, and change their lives. Kathie Dherit

Jennifer, Great answer. The impact that we have on the student could affect the student greatly. You're right the commitment and the lifestyle changes and adjustments that they do in order to have a better life will be impacted by something we say. And if that information we give to them is incorrect, can be quite damaging. Kathie Dherit
Kim, Everything we do should be able to tie back to our mission. Kathie Dherit
