Jessica, I like your statement of "it is always better to get back to them with a correct answer, rather than quickly give a response that you cannot stand firm on". Great way to state that. adam, We don't want to "cheapen" the YTI experience at all! We want students to give us referrals because they have enjoyed and gotten everything they need out of YTI and their time here. We want them to pass along how great we are. Kathie Dherit

You're right the commitment and the lifestyle changes and adjustments that they do in order to have a better life will be impacted by something we say.
