Angela, By telling the truth and giving prospective students all of the information they need, you are selling the school in a positive light. Knowing the information inside and out and being truthful, it shouldn't seem like you are "selling" the school or its programs. Kathie Dherit

Karen, I think you hit on a key word. Understand. We can give the prospective student all of the information, but do they understand what we just told them. We shouldn't just say the words, because we have to, but we should understand them so that is communicated correctly. Kathie Dherit
