Sue, So true! The testimonial from a student is only half the information. Since they haven't gone through the whole process, the testimonial is really correct information. Kathie Dherit
Sarah, You're right a referral from a student is the best compliment! The trust and satisfaction from that student to tell others about the school is the best thing that they can do. Kathie Dherit
Jessica, Correct, because the information you give shouldn't deceive or confuse the prospective student. Telling them all of the correct information up front, because all of the correct information is documented. Kathie Dherit
Tricia , That's great to know that our employers appreciate and keep returning to YTI to get our students. Kathie Dherit
Amy, You're right, the Golden Rule does apply! Kathie Dherit

Darla, We can't forget to continue building the relationship with the current students. We still need to build their trust the whole time they are in school. Kathie Dherit

Jessica, Putting them on the spot is a good way to put it. We want a positive comment, and by "bribing" them to give that to us, it would be in poor taste. Kathie Dherit

Barbara, Right, the consequences not only hurt us as a school, but it hurts the student as well. Kathie Dherit

Carole, You're right, you want to make sure you tell the person the truth, but it a manner that they will understand and not take defense to it. Choosing the right words to say and in a tone that is helpful and not hurtful. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear, but it's definitely worth it in the end. Kathie Dherit
