Tracey, I agree with you, compliance will become a natural part of dealing with students, but it also should be part of everyone's daily work ethic. Kathie Dherit
Jack, Great answer....listening to someone or communicating with someone is nothing new. In this fast paced world we live in now, we don't take the time to do those things. But you're right, if we don't do those things, we may say the "wrong" thing! Kathie Dherit

Jack, Great point. You may sound arrogant and you definitely don't want to come across that way. Kathie Dherit
Stephanie, Our programs do speak for themselves. If we have high quality programs, those should attract potential students. If we put quality students out into the community, we should have no problem attracting students. You're right, a potential student should see that YTI strives for excellence and we have built our school on integrity. Kathie Dherit
Diane, You're right....and to have the most up to date information at our fingertips. I think with the new tablets for the admissions reps will be great, they will have ALL of that documentation right there and it can be updated right away. Kathie Dherit

Jan, Once we lose a student's trust, it just goes downhill from there. They let us know how they feel on the student satisfaction surveys, they tell their friends or classmates how unhappy they are, and the worst is when they stop attending class. It's pretty simple, if we do the right thing, then we have happy students and we won't have this "snowball" effect of students leaving and not fulfilling their dreams. Kathie Dherit
Deborah, If a company you work for isn't supportive, then there will be no trust from the employees. You are right, they won't share thoughts and ideas if no one listens or supports what they say. Kathie Dherit

Jacqueline, You're right. Our first instinct is to want to help someone who may be struggling. By assisting those students, we are denying the student the potential of achieving what they can on their own. We can guide them, and help them in a way that is not detrimental. Kathie Dherit

Jacqueline, I like your answer....exaggeration is a good word. We don't how someone will interpret the words like "best, most, highest" when speaking about our school. Kathie Dherit
Andrew, You're right we want to make sure we are saying and doing the right thing. And by using these tools we will help our employees do their jobs correctly. Kathie Dherit
