I learned that communication is imperative to provide an e learning enivornment for the student.  Feed back  and counseling if needed is are necessary to make a student successful.

i can see how Placing asynchronous discussion topics on boards help keep all students involved.  Students can learn from each other in this sitting, I have found that everyone has a different learning approach. 

this is something i have always beleived in and hve used day one in my classroom. the importants as to  being relational and get to know your students even from behind the computer screen.

 

In order to be a successful online CAD instructor, I must familiar with the CMS my instruction uses, but I also have to discover an efficient way to bridge the gap between a typical classroom environment when students can ask questions and an online and mostly asynchronous delivery model where the same questions cannot be asked and answered the same way. the stakes are even higher because students must not only comprehend the material, but must familiarize themselves with the tool they must use IN CAD SOFTWARE to solve problems.

it is very important to be openminded and positive about the changing learning environment in regards to the incorporation of technology into education. big time with the use of online learning for the future generations. 

I time-to -time prepare a illustrated study guide for my student to foucus on the testing content

If you are an educator, and want your Gen Y to input information, you can have them generate test questions from the reading and e-mail it to you, generate activities on a subject matter for your next class. you can ask a group to participate in a video project for a subject matter. The more you give Gen Y to do the less it will seem as if Gen Y is sitting on their butts.yes this works for me also

I agree in that it is the Instructor at times that can reach out and help the student reach their potential and help them realize their potential.

I agree this was a great tool to knowing how to put a handle on leadership!

 would say one could take away the significance of each start on how that has an impact on the P/L.  Also, the ability to leverage other departments within the organization. this is also what i feel will come in handy it was all good information
