This module showed me how to create a dynamic syllabus as well as the key components to make it more interactive for my students and enhanced my students online lerarning experience.

Tihs module has given me the insight to better develop an online learning platform for my students. It has taught me that I must develop a framework, understandable and clear learning objectives, testing my module before I puty it into use.

I enjoyed the information on record keeping as well as how to deal with student conflicts and how to better communicate with on line learners.

The information on asynchronous and synchronous discussions was  very good.  Also the ways to make both of these types of disscussions work in the classroom was of value.

I learned that one way to get to know the students and for them to know about me is to have them as well as myself post a short biography of my credentials and acheivements. By doing this it should help make them a little more comfortable with me and allow myself to get to know them and what they expect out of my class. 

In todays education many people prefer an online learning environment. They can work at their own pace in teir own home. I liked the material presented in the Courde Management System as well as other material presented in this chapter.

On line learning is the way learning in going.  Learning never stops. The student will continue to learn and should continue to enhance himself in his work environment.  There is a wealth of information to be learned online. If the studcent wants to advance he must continue to learn.

Students must be able to understand the basic concepts of computer use.  Computers are used in almost a busineses today.  Understanding basic use is very important for the student to learn.

I am adding more group exercises and team skills in my classroom.  
Communication, and working together are very important for the students to know.

Writing and communication are important skills which must be learned.  In our school students taqke a class in report and resume writing.  Also during some of the teaching modules they must fill out report sheets and write a brief report on thier findings.
