It is critical that Admissions reps do not get into discussion about financial aid and that they refer the student to a financial aid officer. Hello my name is Lisa and I have been in the world of admissions for 8 years now and have seen many changes over the years. I do feel that keeping a binder is critical to staying up to day with any and all law changes to ensure that you stay compliant for yourself, your organization and your student.
