Have studented engaged in conversation about what they are actively learning while in the classroom, not what they read the night before

I plan to arrive at least 15 min early before class (online or in person) so that I can interact with students and connect to them at an individual level

I strive to model professional behavior and adhere to standards of professional nursing to prepare my students to enter the field
