As teachers, we must be very patient and tolerant to people in all walks of life. We are educators who lead by example both in our careers and our personal lives. I have always learned to never judge a book by it's cover. And that everyone in life has a story. If we are kind enough to listen and interpret before we didactically try to instruct, our students have a better chance at success.
Organizational tools are crucial to the success of a restaurant. If a chef cant stay organized, how do we make money? Whether through use of notebooks, haccp plans or even a notebook with preferred vendors, we must organize ourselves to remain profitable.

"A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link." Chef Instructors are leaders in the kitchen. We must lead by example and set clear and concise goals for our students. Expectations should be set high and we should adhere to set expextations to achieve success

As a Chef, planning is one of the most important aspects of our business. To succeed, chefs must be able to multi-task organization-wide using all of the resources provided.
My instructional philosophy incorporates my past career experience and my past educational background. Which in my opinion peaks interest in students beacuse I am a LCB graduate who has achieved success in the culinary field.
