I like so much the norm-referenced assessments because I can use in the classrooms and I can compare the skills of some students with others in the diferents materias, to evaluate their outcomes. 

I learned the different funtions of formative and summative assessment, I can use in the courses.

I learned the differents tools of assessment that you can use in the class.  Use the differents types of evaluation to measures the learning.

I learn to manage the time to show the student distributed them in parts.

I learned the importance of use in class different techniques of Social Networking.

I learned of this module, the important of reading and writing in the course.  I must to be focuse with the message that they transmit in their messages.

I learned that the time management is the very important point in the online course.  I learned too the tools that I can use with the students with dissabilities.

I learned the differents behaviors that will have the students.  I will teach different ways to manage their behaviors to learn. 

In this chapter, I learn the importance of the synchronous and asynchronous discussions, to establish the differences using the examples in the classes.  

I learned from this module that the course structure leads the students to get a better learning. Also, while more quality of content, higher will be the interaction level.  I will intend to apply this material provided in the course using different techniques and many strategies that can increase the knowledge of the students in the courses, in a faster way.
