Shelley, Sounds like you have taken a thoughtful approach to both exam efficiency and in depth assessment. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on ways you could continue to improve. Dr. Melissa Read

April, That's unfortunate to hear, but a common challenge amongst people in our profession. Often times, ME time is the first thing to go. We have to prioritize ourselves every now and then though to keep our energy and spirits up. Dr. Melissa Read
Karina, It sounds like you already have some healthy coping mechanisms in place and that you have a great approach for refinement of these. Yes, immediacy can be a challenge for people who like to keep on top of things. It may not be possible to eliminate but you can try to reduce its frequency. Dr. Melissa Read
Susanne, Yes, exercise is a wonderful outlet. It sounds like this particular lesson helped reinforce that for you. Wonderful to hear! Dr. Melissa Read
Katelyn, That's a great question. I find that it's not about the number of questions we use but how comprehensively they test student knowledge and skill in each discipline. Dr. Melissa Read
Shelley, I am glad some of the course content will be helpful to you. Note that if to do lists stress you out, they may not be the best tool for you. They don't necessarily work for everyone. It's important to know yourself. Dr. Melissa Read
