It will be great to be in a group of other educators that share my same passion for teaching a trade. It will also be important to have a diverse group so we can all learn from each other.

It is important to collaborate with collegues and build a good team around you. Networking is essential. 

Multicultural fluency is something I am challenged by at the moment. I have an individual in my program that cannot read, write or speak english. I do not have the resources available to me to properly train the individual. Safety is the overall concern.

Career management and preparation is crucial to the career. All the stages are necessary and like the article say, no stage is more important than the other. The stages give some sort of structure of how an individual and what an individual should use as steps to finding a coreer that will suite them for a sustained future. 

Implementing Professionalism is a key factor in Job readiness. Teaching students that professionalism means understanding the expectations and meeting the expectations. 

As a leader, I must encourage curiosity and the constant interest to learn and grow. I am aware that I do not have all the answers but it is important to be honest in that fact. It is necesary to show that I am willing to admit that I do not have the answer but my priotity is to find the answers.

Technology can help businesses be more successful.

Team work can lead to a high productive work environment.

Open-mindness is essential when you are critical thinking.

I think it is important to reach out to all students learning abilities, wether is be visual, audio or hand-on.
