Group learning is critical in the support of students needing further assistance.  

I learned that maybe videotaping my lectures will help me identify strengths and weakness of my instructional methods

The more students are actively learning, the more we keep their interest level

taking into account different learning styles of the students will ensure that everyone is gaining maximum knowledge needed to become proficient with the subject matter.
