The strategies for each students is the ability of learning and how to understand themself, we an teachers or instructors have to be real careful on how or what to teach as per day.

There are all different kinds of students characteristics, Me as an Instructor, I see this everyday, Students act on how they feel, and what they know and dont know, when I see this happening in my class, I manage to see the student effect of their learning and I ask them, " what can I do to make it easier for them ". I work with the student until they feel comfortable. Sometime students uses frustration and anger as their characteristics.

The most common mistake can be when the students ask a question and the Instructor answer " I dont know " can be the worst mistake cna be.

Each and everyday is a new challange for each student and they have to comprehend on what they do and what they read to understand the format of the Instructor.

The students need the Evaluation and Management prior to each day ,it is the Assessment that the students has each day to learned the ablility to comprehend the studies.

Is it also bases on how the students comprehence on what they are reading and how they comunicate with the teaching skills,each student have their own ablility to learned and the teaching methods on how the Instructor teaches a step by step.If the Instructor has the patience to teach and ask if anybody has a questions and teach the method of everybodys understanding.

When a new class is starting,it is always a great way to prepare what the Syllabus has for us and we need to manage on how to modified the syllabus into our own words and then prepare to class with notes and lecture so the class can write notes,give study guides for the students and guide them each day.
