I am continuing to learn how to build a syllabus and utilzing the website tools.  I will encourage the eight step for student scaffolding.

Module consistency is extremely important.  Using Learning objects is something I will incorporate into more of my classes.

These Modules have been very informative and useful for being an educator to ensure student success.  It is so important our students trust us and that we treat all students fairly and give them an atmosphere of trust.  We must always stay in compliance and meet all regulatory rules.  Interesting Modules!!

As educators we always should be transparent and factual.  Losing trust and confidence from students can have severe consequences.  

It is important to know the content of the school's catelog and be factual when promoting the school.  Using accurate information helps the student to make an informed decision to attend a respective school.  

Important to understand Misrepresentation and that it can be unintentional.  When discussing the school it is important not to use surperlatives.  Could mislead students. 

All disclosures must be accurate and transparent.  Found it important to understand the difference between representations and disclousures.  It was reinforced that the new normal is predominately virtual learning as opposed to face-to-face.

Learning about the Triag of Regulations was very interesting and good to know about their oversite and how it affect Title IV funding. This oversite is beneficial for student success.

Compliance in the instituition benefits the students and creates a positive atmosphere.  It is important to know and understand the Mission Statement.

Faculty having one credential level higher than what is being taught.

Nolo contendere meaning when a plea is made, and it is not admitting or denying a charge.as the same effect as a guilty plea.

Interesting how the use of counselor or advisor can be prohibited as it may suggest authority.

Separation of job duties to provide cross checks and eliminate conflicts.

Found it interesting that schools cannot rely on safe harbor provisions.  Also, that schools can provide commission/bonus to foreign students based on several qualifications.
