There are times that younger students do not want to dig into lab projects. I like when i have a few older students because they can help to motivate the younger students.

It gets hard when you have one or two students that are having trouble and are slowing the class down. I try to give them special assignments to help them learn the material.

I like to use students that can speak spanish to assist students with little english skills.

Smaller Classes

It states 8-10 in a group but with smaller class sizes that is not possible. I for one like smaller groups 3-4. It creates more imput from all students.
