I am an International Business Development and Global Supply Chain Management expert with Management and engineering background, who has a unique experience of developing nations as potential markets and building teams across the borders to strategically manage and develop international marketing and sales in North America, South America, Asia, Europe and South Africa. I have excelled at developing new trade partners/alliances that increase revenues and/or reduce costs for all parties.
I have an extensive teaching experience in different parts of the world.
For more than two decades, I have successfully operated at macro level, consulting various governments and government agencies to develop trade friendly policies to boost foreign trade by solidifying the domestic industries and micro level, consulting with Fortune 500 companies, which are OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers of Automotive & Truck Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering,
Agricultural Equipment, Earth Moving Equipment, Machine Tools, Sports Goods, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Metal, Heavy Electrical, Appliances, Defense, and Continuous Process Industries to improve their global supply chain systems and management to increase sales of components, finished products, assemblies, and to identify new business opportunities by developing joint ventures and mergers / acquisitions. I have built financially viable joint ventures and partnerships and managed three startups under complex situations and economic downturns.
Presently, consulting US Army for their implementation of Global Supply Chain Management System for an efficient operation.
