Many students need to develop critical thinking skills

I try to use a rubric for all of my class assignments, it let's the student know what is expected.

Technological limitations and reliability can be a major hinderance to an online course.

Keeping students engaged and active can be a challenge in an online environment.

As a computer technology teacher my material requires contant revision.

The online environment does create challenges when it comes to communication since it takes away things like facial response and spontanuity. 

I tell my student that generally I am available most of the time but only promise to respond to emails within 24 hours.

As the CNT instructor I often am the first contact when it comes to support, not only for my class but my school, and that can and does add to my workload.

Given that my course is moving to be fully online I may ask if CNT instructors can get Dragon to produce transcripts of our lectures.

There is a wealth of assistive technology available for students.
