To this you have be very versitile and be able to change teaching styles to accommodate a large variety of learning styles.It is not always easy but if you are aware of this fact it can be done and the rewards can not be measured by anything but pride!

As students gain knowledge it is very important in their development to acknowlege accomplishments and encourage them to always strive for more.

As an instructor we have to wear many hats. We use different teachin styles and students have different learning styles. It is important that we can constantly adjust to all involved/

As an instructor it is our resposibility to make students feel as comotable as possible with the course objectives and have our teaching styles co-inside with thier learning styles. Doing this will greatly improve the way the approach different projects through out their education process.

Grading is done with the students being in charge of their own destiny while testing is the responsibility of the instructor to cover the course material in a manner the students can fully comprhend.
