Fear of talking infront of people was a problem for me when i was younger. but theres nothing to be scared of.

Being the instructor you have to be stern on due dates and decisions in the classroom.

give students confidence by allowing them to talk infront of the class. 

let students know about dues dates for assignments. set ground rules in the syllubus.

delivery methods are important, people all learn differently.

it is important to go over the sylibus for the class on your first day.

it is important to be fully present and there for your students. showing them that you are commited to their education will help them thrive.

Be a professional rolemodel in all aspects of my field of teaching. in and out of the class room.
