Students should continue to receive evaluations on a biweekly basis

Weekly is a good frequency. Some institutions are using electronic grading where grades and performance are instantly reported. Still, personalized discussion is always helpful, and suggestions given show you care about the student's success.

In general, I believe the more frequenyt a student is evaluated the better they will be able to respond, react, and modify study and preparation leading to the goal of mastering the course material.
