Creating an Evaluation System
I evaluate every student and I try my best to see in my students effects and their accomplished.I reward them .

The best evaluation systems (in my opinion) are those that both the teacher and student feel appropriately measured the degree of learning that occured. Getting those component to the "right fit" sometimes takes a while. Also, grading should be based on learning objectives, as the student learning objectives should be tied to these, and they will all fit together for an integrated evaluation system.
