Creating an Evaluation System
It is important to specify your grading system in the syllabus and give the syllabus on the first day of your class. I think is better to create a grading system in percentage then point system.The students know their grade in percentage.Keep informing the students about their grades like after mid term.

Right! In fact, I think frequent and personal are the two key words that explain my approach to keepingf students informed. The more frequent we can meet with students, and the more encouragement and support we can give, the better the student respond and will be better informed where they stand in the class.
