Evaluating
I found that this section was useful. I think that evaluating has so many different forms that the section was helpful with the different types. We, as instructors, are not only evaluating students, but, of course, are own teaching methods, which is an ongoing process.

I maintain we want to be fair and considerate, while also accurate and sincere. In some professions, there's just not room for too much errors, so evaluations in these professions has to be spot on.
