Preparing Lectures
Careful planning goes into each lecture to make sure the students can relate and understand the content being delivered.
I try to incorporate each learning style as much as possible or as the resources allow.
Students tend to enjoy humor and I try to use that to help keep things active!

Humor, case studies, past experiences, stories, these all allow use of the students imagination (which is much more vivid then any PPT I could create).
I believe the more media we can introduce, will create a more meaningful learning session. And I don't mean add things without reason. I try to think how I can best teach a particualr topic, then visualize if I were a student, what would be good methods to present that would be interesting, keep student attention, and convey the information required.
