training
My students acquire new information and skills on a daily basis. I encourage questions from all of them and let them know there is no dumb question. I have turned to fellow workers for help with some of them. It's get to get another opinion. I love to have more than one solution!
Hi Brian:
This is a great technique. It takes the vibration of the learning environment to a different level. Instead of just having a lecture on a topic, it involves the group, which undoubtedly makes the information more interesting.

As we do hands-on-learning I ask questions and more than one and ask them to elaborate their answer in a different senario. This way I feel like I am instructing as well as training.
Andrea:
Yes, peers tend to be honest, objective, and more willing to provide helpful suggestions or comments that are realistic for your organization.

Its a great idea to use other peers as resources. As they can sometimes have ideas or additional information that may help student understand much better. Two minds are better than one
Hi Jana:
Using your peers as resources is a great idea. Most should feel complimenented to even being asked. Students should like heraing another "voice".
