Very true - A lot of younger students tend to lack the perspective of working in the real world where professionalism is an expectation. Absenteeism and tardiness are indicators of how a person may behave on the job.

I believe that all students should be present while a training session is going on to,but sometimes with some students being lait or absent its frustraeing.I tell then to be sure an be here,becauseat this time,nothing is more important than there education and future.Take it very serious,because I do.

I believe all students should be present while a training session is going on. I know with my students they get fustrated when they can't move on when they are ready because somebody wasn't there when the training session was covered and now that person needs to be caught up to move on with the rest of the class.

I think that the students should be in class while there is a training session happening. Mainly because it may be relavent to the field in which they want to enter or may be on a test. Now even though we can not make them stay in class, we should make the subject interesting enough that they want to stay in class.
