aha moment
Its rewarding as an instructor to witness a student have an "aha" moment. Training the students and providing instructions on how to use their new skill effectively is a responsiblity of an instructor. Watching them learn and understanding the content makes my job fulfilling
I love it when your student has the look of oh yeah now i get it. Yes the lightbulb goes off
I always love those aha moments. The other day I had a student tell me that he has had the same thing explained by various teachers, but that I was the first one to figure out how he best understood. And that he now knew how to perform the skill. I try to approach different students a bit differently in order to facilitate their learning and this has been helpful for me.
I agree that it is wonderful to see or witness a student having a aha moment or should I say a light bulb moment. This ashures me as the instructor that my student have been listening and now it has finally making sense to the student I have been saying. It also, motivates the students to continue on with their learning because, now they are getting it. The light is on now is what I tell my students when this happens.
I completely agree. It is so satisifying to see the light come on and realize you helped them to achieve this!!
Yes, I agree. It is particularly rewarding when you show them the value of learning knowlege or skills in a course that is required but not central to their curriculum concentration.
