Selecting Instructional Delivery Methods
I am a high energy instructor with a passion for my feild so I use alot of personal experience to make what ime teaching relevant to the career field. I use the white board alot and some powerpoint. I plan on emplimenting multicoler notes to go along with class. any thoughts?

I can say students learn best and retain information better when they are engaged, more than being passive receivers of information. Therefore, I might consider discussion groups (small and group), peer demonstrations, pair-share Q&A, things along those lines. The more involved the student is in their learning the better will be their student outcomes.
