Learning methods.
In order to meet all the different learning styles in the classroom, I feel that as an instuctor one of my main objectives is to adjust my teaching style to meet this variety of student learner.

You're right - all students learn a bit differently, so including a variety of methods into the lesson is helpful.

It is so important to use all methods of teaching adult students. They all have such different ways of retaining information. I have found that to be able to have that tactile method after lecture, things really come into perspective for the students.
The great part is we always have new classes so we can adjust our teaching styles.
