
I have learned the hard way to always have a back up plan in case lecture runs short. Kitchen days are a little trickier. If there is no product left it can be difficult to find something for them to work on.
I understand this, I've been there. That's why I over plan out my days in case of short lectures.
Lesson planning can be difficult, sometimes I feel that I over plan, but I still fall short. Then I find myself scrambling to keep the students engaged.
