Documenting
I've always kept my lesson plans in a folder for easy access. However, it never occurred to me to back them up in case of fire or any other tragedy. This is a tip I will employ in future semesters.
Hello:
We are a portfolio school so as an instructor we have to complete a portfolio as well as the students. In ours we have to have test, lesson plans, samples of student work, and any hand outs to the class.
This process is for several reasons as stated here in Module #2 to offer subs, adminstration and students the direction of the classroom.

I agree. In addition, it is a good idea to archive the documents onto the Faculty portal.

I would highly recommend having a couple of hard copies and you could also save the elcetronic copy on a cloud as well so you are able to access the files from virtually any computer.
If you cerate your lessons plans on a computer, copy them to a flash drive. Take it home.
