Lesson Plans
When developing a Lesson Plan for your class you should include the name of the instructor and the date. It should also include the Lesson Plan Title, the Course Subject, Requisite Level, Field Standards, A list of Objectives, a Rationale, a list of Materials needed for the class all Procedures that are required and an assessment Strategy.
Corliss,
Excellent point! If the institution does not apply the strategy, it is a great opportunity for a contingent of instructors (that teach similar courses) to collaborate and create a collective system. This will create consistency in the delivery of materials.
Tremayne Simpson
I agree! When developing lesson plans, they should be structured. A systematic way of delivering a subject matter, with objectives, rational, and a list of materials needed to perform the procedure. If your college does not apply this strategy, some courses will not have the same quality as other!
