Lesson Plan

When writing your lesson plan you want to be organize so if you are ill someone else will be able to step in and teach your class with ease.

The lesson Plan is an excellent tool if followed by all Instructors. Sometimes if you have a Substitute Instructor covering they end to do their own thing and not follow the lesson plan.

I can see where the lesson plan comes in handy, for a few reasons: A substitute, will be able to know where you are, in the lesson. Students, sense organization and time management skills. Administrator can as well know their expectations and curriculum is being meet. Also, keep you on track, with your course content.

The lesson plan is the only way you will be at ease if an emergency ocurs, but also if you will be teaching the same class for another term you already have a headstart.
