lesson plans give a ready source of information and ideas as you plan for the next time you will teach the course and strive to expand your instructional expertise, but how many lesson plans would be fitting for a subject....?
I am a dentist teaching at a hygiene school. We take students with a high school education or GED and in 18 months train them to be licsensed, board passed dental hygienists.
It is a fast paced 18 months but the job they can get at that point will enable them to support themselves, pay student loans, and support their children nicely.
Amy,
I agree, time management and lesson planning are connected, in order to produce instructional efficiency.

I have kept a lesson plan for many years. It is very easy to bring the lesson plan out, make any additions, corrections, deletions, and refamilizare myself with the plan for when I next teach the course. This is great organization!
