Lesson plans help the teachers to go through each step.
Lesson plans must contain all lesson and activities and keep you on track just in case you aren't able to finish your lesson plan in one class sitting you know exactly where to start for the next time you meet with that class again
I post the lesson plan on the student portal. This way, the students have access to it any time. There is not excuses for missing assignments, preparation for testing, etc. The students also have time to prepare the class previously.
Try to have all lesson in order when You discuss them to the students.,
Lesson plans help keep you on track. When you have classes with alot of debate it is easy to fall behind but by having the lesson plan you can redirect class if it gets too far off topic.
