Pre Assessment

I think that a pre test will give an instructor a clear view of what students know and do not know.

One pretest coupled with good student learning outcomes add to it a reliable assessment stagey mix in a posttest sounds like a winning recipe for a capable student.

I give pre-assessments to students on the first day when I am teaching calculations. It gives me an idea where the students are and what they need to work on. It also gives me an idea what students will need more work than others.

When a student begins to study for there certifications we have them take a pre test first. This test shows us what areas we should be working on to pass the test. After they finish studying wegive them a post test.
