Lecture note
to be prepared for the lecture,lab some times I use a short note and mentioning my own experiences
and some important info using the other resources bringing up funny stories during lecture to kept my student more engage and focused.
Lecture note gives the instructor a sense of direction ,It let the instructor knows where is going and the time it takes to get there.
My students are always telling me that they appreciate the "real life" experiences that I bring to the classroom. I think that if we don't bring these experiences, they won't be able to take the information that is provided and apply it to the patient.
I do the same thing. This helps students see real life situations.
