High-Risk activities
I like this idea of using high risk activities but preparing for what the outcomes and risks might be. This is highly effective because you can develop a backup plan so that learning outcomes are still met and student frustration is minimized as well as work effort maximized.
Hi Bruce,
Stress comes with gaining a higher education. As instructors we just have to be there for our students to reassure them that they can do it.

I agree and think that allowing the students the opportunity to think, act and react on their own, aids tremendously in learning. With the proper objectives defined, students can be successful and in turn, learn to deal better with stress.
Hi Stephanie,
Having a backup plan is always a plus. We need to get as much effort from our student as possible while keeping the frustration level at a minimum.
