If you show them a model they will follow...Be a bigger person and show them who's the boss. I learned alot form this module and hopefully come to use of it. I know that the knowlegde i learned from this will make me stronger and lead me in the path to teach in the right an professinal matter.

Keep in the front of your mind that you are an experienced person in your career field that has much knowledge to share with your students. The part that gives you a case of nerves is just how to best get the message across to your students. This will be your instructional style. Decide how you are going to run your classroom/lab. Use the 3 M format thinking about how you will model the career field as a professional, manage the instructional delivery and motivate the students in your class. By keeping these 3 Ms in mind you will find that you will get settled into the routine of being an instructor quite quickly.

Hey thanks Alot. I think Im going to be needing it. Today was my frist day of training, oh boy it was kind of stressful. But im not going to back out. Im going to psuh forward with this online class, hopefully I will learn alot more through out these modules. Any suggestions?
