This sounds like a fun class to teach. You get to work with a variety of individuals and approaches. This keeps the interest level high throughout the course.

I have the opportunity to teach a technical evaluation class. This gets into some very different methods of learning how to apply knowledge. At the same time it gives you the opportunity to get students to show others thier better method of sovlving a problem and learning new ways to get the lessons across.

I learned very quickly that yo have to change up your instrutional style and delivery method. Because students have different learning needs, the instructor must utilize as amny learning styles that accomodates.
I personally am a visual and tactile learner, and i realize there are many people who are not. So I have found that i enjoy facilitating a class more than doing a straight lecture. This gives the student a voice and involves them in the learning process.
