Newbie on the block
I have found this topic to be very interesting. I have always compared myself to this model, and yet I have been able to find new ways for improvement. I am in my first year of instructing and try to find ways to create an environment of focused driven, learning and creativity, and still try to make the students want to learn in a fun way.

My first day consisted of 8 students in the AM class 8am to 12pm and 10 students in my PM class 6pm to 10pm. Community College based Anatomy and Physiology. I think for me it was making sure my timing of instructing (Lab, Lecture, and Computer Medical Record) flowed with the curriculum that I was required to teach. Good Luck with your class!
