Effective teaching involves more than the normal power point presentations; it involves instructors being engaged in the classroom and providing students with real-world scenarios as effort to keep them engaged in their chose field of study.

Should have explained it more, sorry about that. ROI means "Return On Investment." How much do we get back from putting our time, effort and money into something. For students ROI is the content and skills that they leave school with that enable them to be successful in their chosen career fields.
