My instructional style
I am a new instructor and about to complete my first year teaching. I have found that mayking your own style as an instructor really help me in having my students feel more confortable and open minded to learn. At first i was very nervous and did not know what to expect, but after a few months my personality and style of teaching emerged. This made the class more fun and interesting for my students and most important they were learning.

I agree. As a new instructor I was very nervous and so my first year was a huge eye opener and learning experience. I have since modified my instruction since then and have instructed more comfortably.
