A professional Development plan allows an instructor:
a. to create a working schedule to guide his/her work-related activities at work.
b. to keep abreast of the different teaching methods that he/she can apply in the classroom
c. to participate in conferences/seminars with other professionals, exchanging classroom experiences and gaining new ways of handling difficult situations in the classroom
d. to learn the use of new equipments that may be utilized in the classroom to increase students' hands-on experience.
