What is a good way to encourage professionalism
Becoming a role model is very important, and your level of leadership comes into play as well. I believe the LS series does a great job recognizing the types and levels of leadership an instructor/teacher can practice.

I know your students appreciate the role model you are and how you conduct yourself as a professional. Student development in the soft skills is as critical as the skill specific skills. Keep up the good work.

I'm big on this in my class. I don't use foul language, I dress for the industry I'm teaching and I arive early and ready. The most important thing, though, is I'm always happy to be there. I think the students see that as a professional immage.
