Having enough materials if copies not made, technology failures and possible lack of enthusiasm.
This has helped through the years. Similar to a restaurant; think on your feet.

I try to get students to see the return on investment (ROI) in their education. If they do that and are treated with respect we will have happy customers (students).

I like your restaurant analogy and agree. Our approach to some degree should view our students as customers and providing them with good service can ensure there return to our campus (business).

I like it! Just as with the restaurant, the food has to be served and in the classroom learning has to occur. Being responsive and creative will help you to meet those demands. Keep up the good work.
