why the student does not show interest?

Hi Evens,
There can be a number of reasons for this. They may not want to be in the class due to a poor career choice. Family or friend pressure may have put them into the class. They also may not have the skills to be successful in the class so they act disinterested to avoid doing work in the class.
The key is to remember why you are there and what you have to offer. You cannot reach them all but you should always try. Don't let those that are not engaged in learning take you out of your game.
